After many years searching for a gym that suits me and my level... I have found my gym forever home!I joined Physfit gym here this month (1 week 2 days to be exact) with the intention to train for a calasthetic physique.Personal trainers are available... Mine being Winston - this guy during my first 1hr PT class taught me a lot and his methods of tailor making individual workout routines is well regarded within the weight training industry. Whether you're a complete beginner or the top of your game, Winston adapts his training methods to suit every person and any level.I've tried Pure Gym and yes, they may have the top equipment and hundreds of them BUT I have NEVER left the gym feeling as good as I do when leaving here. It's very close knit and has equipment throughout that's quality, not quantity.
