Sadly my experience of this shambolic "company" spans the 3 years my kids have been at secondary school.I felt compelled to write a review after the latest debacle this year. Ordered uniforms start of August online for delivery, no word come Aug bank holiday. Pop in on the sat as they are open on Saturdays during the holidays, no one there. So I return today, the last day before school begins to 20 other parents in a queue, as usual only one poor woman serving. My items were still in the warehouse not even out for delivery due to one of the order being delayed for another 3 weeks. No apology, no owner there. No extra staff. Had to ask for a refund. Absolutely no communication about the delay in items.Called the owner on their mobile number to make a complaint as the staff said they were unwilling to apologise, no answer.Nearly every single person in the queue before me and after stated they had problems and no communication.I wonder why these are the only company that provide schoolwear for the local schools, it's a farce, and if I ran my business in this manner, I'd find myself without a business or customers very quickly.I plead for a well run company to compete with this shambolic outfit and show money paying customers the respect they deserve.
