I contacted Baby Style looking for a couple of fixings for my Daughters cot. I had spent more hours on the internet looking for them than I would have liked. Not only did they find them for me they sent them out to my home address within a few days. Thank you.
Leatherette on the handlebar started coming off after 4 months. I was offered it to be repaired. 3 weeks later no information as to what is happening. I have to carry 10month old baby outside, no pushchair replacement offered.
My friend's double pushchair malfunctioned and threw her 2 year old several feet forward. The incident, witnessed by people who testified to it, was completely ignored by Babystyle who acted as if all this traumatic event was made up. 0 customer support and NOT a safe product to be used.
